Who I am
Hi, I’m Maureen, your holistic health coach.
I’m a wife, boy mom, soccer mom, and active school volunteer, so life around here is usually full and fast-paced. Like a lot of women in their 30s and 40s, I know what it feels like to spend so much time taking care of everyone else that you don’t always leave much space to care for Yourself.
My journey into holistic health happened gradually. I’ve always had a natural interest in health and well-being. I’ve always enjoyed exercising at home, trying new wellness practices, and learning more about how the body works. With a background as a medical assistant, the health side of things always fascinated me too. Over time, I started exploring holistic health more deeply through Hatha yoga, breathwork, and sound therapy. The more I learned, the more I realized there is so much more to wellness than just modern medicine, and that our bodies often have an incredible ability to support healing when we give them the proper care and attention.
That journey also made me take a more honest look at my own health and realize I wasn’t caring for myself as well as I thought I was. It pushed me to continue my education in holistic health so I could not only create more balance and whole-body health in my own life but also help support other women in doing the same.
That is really where The Well Within came from. I truly believe there is wellness within all of us, even if it looks different from person to person. Most of us could feel more balanced, connected, and healthier in some way. I’m passionate about helping women discover and nurture the “well within” themselves through gentle, supportive, and realistic lifestyle changes that help bring out the healthiest version of who they are. I’m a certified sound therapist, breathwork facilitator, life coach, and Hatha yoga practitioner with foundational training in holistic health. I’m still actively living and integrating this work every day, learning, growing, and finding new ways to create a healthier, more aligned life for myself and hoping that I am able to help you do the same.
My Approach
At Well Within, wellness is approached in a gentle, supportive, and realistic way. True health is about more than just symptoms. It is about creating balance in your daily life and reconnecting with the healthiest version of yourself in mind, body, and spirit. Every woman’s experience is different, so this work is about finding what feels supportive and sustainable for your personally.
The focus is not on perfection or trying to change everything overnight. It is about slowing down, taking an honest look at the areas of life that may feel off balance, and creating small, manageable changes that help you feel more like your best self over time. This is supportive, intentional coaching designed to make wellness feel attainable and personal.

A Collaborative & Supportive Philosophy
As a holistic health coach, my role is to support overall wellness through non-medical, holistic approaches that encourage prevention, balance, and improved quality of life. I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or promise cures for disease. My services are designed to complement, not replace, conventional medical care.
I encourage all clients to continue working with their physicians and healthcare providers, and I will always refer out when concerns fall outside my scope of practice. Your safety and well-being always come first.
My Vision
The vision behind The Well Within is to help women discover the wellness already within them. I believe we all have areas where we can feel healthier, more balanced, and more connected to ourselves. Through compassionate guidance and holistic wellness practices, my hope is to help women create lives where wellness feels supported, attainable, and deeply personal.
